Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at romanshe! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or customized items
  1. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please email us at service@romanshe.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

Once we have received and processed your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your returned item is received by us.

  1. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that we do not refund shipping or handling fees, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at service@romanshe.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item in your email.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Order Cancellation:
Within 24 hours of purchase,if you decide to cancel your order,you can contact us immediately to initiate a return.We will cancel the order and refund you.
If more than 24 hours have passed and the order has not been shipped yet,we will charge a 15% cancellation fee and refund the remaining amount to you.
If the order has been shipped,we will not accept cancellation requests.
